Before joining the staff at Westminster, Osborne helped manage a federal magnet school grant for Metro Public Schools. Prior to that, he owned and operated one of the largest public relations firms in Kentucky, working extensively in energy, health care, travel and tourism, and public affairs arenas. The firm’s work was recognized by the Public Relations Society of America with four awards of excellence.
