A registration link will be in your FaithWorks confirmation page at the end of your registration. Westminster will be covering any cost and donations associated with Rise Against Hunger.
Family Friendly
Join us as we dig in with the “Our Hands Garden Ministry” team at Alameda Christian Church in North Nashville. The Our Hands Garden Ministry has been growing fresh, healthy produce since 2010. Produce from their garden, manned on a volunteer basis, is given away free to residents of senior and low-income housing facilities, members of the community on give-away Saturdays, and to senior members of Alameda.

1. Office work: clerical tasks (scanning old files—basic computer skills needed) 2. Yard work: trimming bushes in parking lot, leaf blowing; mulching, planting two landscaping plants, transplanting plants 3. Painting: windows; paint walls in a small room 4. Moving one piece of furniture 5. Deep cleaning
A ramp build, no experience necessary, wear closed toe shoes and weather appropriate clothing. (6 volunteer max.) Decluttering projects where volunteers will be sorting and reducing clutter in areas of two homes that are necessary for the client to function properly. (2 volunteers per home = 4 volunteers max.)
