Scott Hearon
Scott Hearon co-founded the Nashville Coaching Coalition in 2015 with his father, Randy Hearon. NCC reflects his deep commitment to equipping leaders with the space and tools to grow. Scott thrives on working with people, families, and organizations willing to struggle for meaningful growth and transformation. His approach is rooted in the belief that transformative change happens at the intersection of tangible and intangible, the secular and sacred, the seen and unseen. He currently serves as Leadership Advisor, Sales Lead, and Partner at Council Leadership where he helps successful leaders and organizations get clear on who they are, who they want to be, and where they are going – while building the courage and resolve to live it out. With 16 years of professional experience, including a decade in coaching and consulting and half a decade in youth ministry, Scott has worked across nonprofit leadership, athletics, small business, and organizational consulting.
Outside his professional work, Scott is a devoted husband to Allison and dad to their three children. He enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, coaching his kids and their friends, sweating through workouts, and traveling with Allison to new places. A Nashville native, Scott continues to invest in his community while helping leaders expand their influence for good.
