ALL SAINTS’ DAY
November 1st is All Saints’ Day. It is often celebrated in worship on the first Sunday in November of each year. At the time of the Reformation, the New Testament understanding of “saint,” as including all believers, was recovered; and in contemporary understanding, it is the day when we celebrate all Christian people of every time and place, living and dead.
